Room Assignments

In assigning apartments and roommates, all participants will be separated by gender and whether they are over or under the age of 21. Apartments may include up to 5 participants per apartment.

Cast Members living in our housing complexes who are under the age of 21 upon arrival automatically will be placed in a Wellness apartment (dry apartment, no alcohol). All others will be placed in Non-Wellness apartments, if available.

All apartments, courtyards and hallways are designated non-smoking.

Please note housing is only allowed for participants of the program, and no one under the age of 18 is permitted in housing.

Transportation

Transportation at the Disneyland® Resort is not provided and participants are highly encouraged to bring their own vehicle. Public transportation is a viable option and is typically a quick and convenient ride to the resort, however it may not always coincide exactly with your work schedule. Students choosing to use public transportation will accrue $1 per day and a free bus pass as part of the Disneyland Resort's Commuter Assistance Program

All participants are responsible for their own transportation to the check-in location on their arrival day.

Liability

All Cast Members living in our complexes are required to secure renter's insurance. You must provide proof of insurance upon arrival in order to reside in our housing.

We recommend you check with your parents'/guardian's homeowner's insurance if applicable or research options prior to your arrival. Please note that The Walt Disney Company must be named as a "Certificate Holder" "or "Additional Interest" on the policy that you choose.

Apartment management assumes no liability in the event of fire, water/flood damage, theft or damage to any belongings of Cast Members who live in our complexes.
