Disney College Program: Disneyland

Program Overview

As a part of the Disney College Program at Disneyland® Resort, participants will have the opportunity to develop their strengths and interests, meet Guests and Cast Members from around the country and take part in educational opportunities they just can't get anywhere else. This truly unique program allows participants to network with Disneyland Resort leaders, take part in personal- and career-development classes, and build transferable skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, Guest service and effective communication. All participants will work in front-line roles at the Disneyland Resort, including Stores, Attractions, Food & Beverage, Lodging and many more.

Participants have the opportunity to custom design a learning curriculum that best suits their needs.

Some of the educational offerings participants may choose to experience include:

The Leadership Speaker's Series, a course in which Disney Leaders share their career paths and help participants with theirs.
Collegiate Courses recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education.
The Professional Development Study is a course that gives participants an interactive overview of the various lines of business within the Disneyland Resort.
The Disney Learning Centers offer computers, books, videos and computer-led learning activities which provide a rich range of learning opportunities.

The Disney Difference

Participating in the Disney College Program also means being a part of the Disneyland Resort Cast Member community and being eligible for the benefits and discounts that you get as part of the Disney Difference. This includes Commuter Assistance such as Vanpooling and annual OCTA Bus Passes, Theme Park Admission, select merchandise and food and beverage discounts, hotel discounts, and Cast Member exclusive events. You'll also have the opportunity to take part in special events and activities exclusively designed for participants in the Disney College Program!
