When will participants start working?
Participants will spend their first official day of work in Disney
Traditions class. This is a training session for all new Cast Members,
which will be scheduled one or two days after they arrive.
Where will participants work? Participants will find out their exact work location as part of the
check-in process and will begin training for their work location shortly after
they have completed Disney Traditions.
If participants do not like their accepted role,
can they change it once they arrive? Once participants have accepted
the role, they have made a commitment to that position for the duration of
their program. If they have questions about the role they have accepted, they
should contact the Disney College Recruiting Office at 1-800-722-2930.
Which days of the week will participants be off
from work? Disney College Program participants typically have days off
on weekdays. However, this may vary with each work location.
