How are students admitted into the
Disney College Program?
Students must complete the following steps:
- Review "Guidelines at a Glance", Complete the
Online Application and Complete the Role Checklist
Students must review
the "Guidelines at A Glance" and complete the application and role
checklist.
- Go to the Campus Presentation or Watch an
E-Presentation
Students must attend or watch the entire presentation to
be eligible to interview. The presentation is their opportunity to learn
detailed information about the Disney College Program.
If a
presentation is not scheduled in their area or they are not able to attend due
to a scheduling conflict, they are welcome to watch the E-Presentation online,
complete the Web-based interview, and schedule a follow-up phone
appointment.
- Complete the Web-based Interview
Students will need to input a code given to them at a campus presentation or at
the end of the E-Presentation to access the Web-based interview.
Based
on their web-based interview results, they may be invited to complete a
telephone interview.
- Notification
Students will receive
notification concerning their status with the Disney College Program
approximately three to four weeks following the completion of the telephone
interview.
What are the application requirements?
To
apply, students must be enrolled currently in a college or university and have
completed at least one semester. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and
meet his or her school's requirements for participation.
What type of work authorization do students need?
Participation in this program requires unrestricted work authorization.
If a student does not live in the United States,
but would like to work at the Disneyland® Resort, what are their
options?

Is there a Summer program?
No. At this
time there are no summer offerings.
Is Disney College Program participation limited
to certain majors?
All majors are welcome to apply.
When will recruiters be visiting schools?
We visit schools throughout the country each fall and spring. In the
fall, we recruit for our Spring Program only. In the spring, we recruit
for our Fall Programs only. The campus visits consist of a presentation
that provides more detailed information about the program and the option to
sign up for an interview with a recruiter immediately after the presentation.
If students miss the presentation at their
school, can they still interview?
Yes. Students may attend a
presentation at another school, or they can view the presentation online.
Should students bring a cover letter and
résumé to the interview?
It is not necessary to bring a
résumé to apply for the Disney College Program.
If students are not accepted the first time they
interview, can they try again?
A student may reapply in the following
semester if six months have passed from the last interview.
