The Leadership Speaker's Series is a course that
will provide Disney College Program Cast Members an opportunity to learn from
some of the best - this kind of training and insight from leaders at the
Disneyland® Resort is not available anywhere else!
All sessions will feature Disneyland Resort
Leaders from various lines of business throughout the Disneyland Resort
speaking about their roles and how they managed their careers. Participants
will learn what each speaker believes makes a good leader, how experiences are
translated into leadership skills, and teachable moments from the speaker's
experiences. By learning how our Executives have made a difference as leaders
in their work and community, participants will discover success strategies they
can apply to their own lives and careers.
