Contact Information Survey outlines how your school may award credit to your
students for their participation in the Disney College Program.
Your students are anxious to have this information
readily available to them as they consider participation in this one-of-a-kind
experience. If your school has not completed a survey yet, please complete the
Credit Contact Information Survey and return it via mail or fax.
