Application Process FAQs
How are students admitted into the Disney CareerStart
Program?
- Download the application and role
checklist
Students must complete the application and role checklist, and
bring it with them to the presentation. If you are viewing an online
E-Presentation, fax the completed application to 407-938-4407.
- View a presentation
Applicants may view a
presentation at their school, at a city-wide event near them, or by viewing an
E-Presentation online.
- Interview
Students viewing the online
E-Presentation will be contacted to schedule an interview once all application
materials have been received by the Disney CareerStart Recruiting office. If
you have questions about scheduling an interview, please contact our office at
1-800-722-2930.
- Wait for Notification
After their interviews, the
students' applications will be considered, and they will hear from their
recruiter generally within 10-14 days.
What are the application requirements? To apply, students
must have graduated high school or received a GED in the past 48 months.
Students who are currently high school seniors with an expected graduation date
by the time of program start may also apply.
Is there a summer program? We currently offer two program
terms:
- Spring Advantage: Late January to mid-August
- Fall: Late August to early January
We do not currently offer a CareerStart summer program of any
kind.
Program seasons are subject to change.
When will recruiters be visiting schools? We do not
currently have plans to host any live presentations. Students who are
interested in applying for our program should view our
E-Presentation.
