Program Overview

Set your learning on the right track!

Participants have the opportunity to engage in a variety of learning opportunities that will best suit their needs and interests. Getting involved in educational opportunities will provide participants with the foundation they need to be successful in the program and to establish themselves onto a future path - whether they are college bound or planning their next step in their career.

Educational opportunities that can be added to the participant's program might include:

• Courses recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education
• Spending time at the Disney Learning Center at Vista way or one of our Disney Cast Service Centers, where computers, books, videos and computer-led learning activities provide a rich range of learning opportunities
• Partnering with their leader to connect classroom teachings to the reality of the their work environment

Disney Difference

Participating in the Disney CareerStart Program also means being a part of the Walt Disney World® Resort Cast Member community and being eligible for the offerings and discounts that you get as part of the Disney Difference. This includes theme park admission, select merchandise and food and beverage discounts, resort discounts, Cast Member exclusive events and more! You'll also have the opportunity to take part in special events and activities exclusively designed for participants living in Disney Programs housing!
