with Cast Members from around the world, take classes that will prepare you for
your future, have unique opportunities to network with Disney leaders, gain a
competitive edge while working for a world-renowned entertainment company, and
have the time of your life!
Participants work at the Walt Disney
World, live in fully-furnished, gated apartments with onsite security, and
could build transferable skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, Guest
service and effective communication.
They will also have the ability to direct their
own learning, which allows them to explore their educational interests from the
many courses and opportunities available at the Walt Disney World
Resort. Getting involved in educational opportunities expands
participants potential for success in the program, and can be helpful for
their future - whether college bound or planning the next step in their career.
This seven-month program is truly a
once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, open to graduating high school seniors and
recent high school graduates at least 18 years of age who have received their
