As a part of your Individualized Learning Plan, the
Professional Development Study offers the interactive dynamics of classroom
sessions, application exercises, field experiences and conversations with
Disneyland leaders, allowing you will see first-hand the principles that
are at the core of Disney's organizational strength. Participants will receive
an interactive overview of the "Business of Show Business" within the
Disneyland Resort. They will have the opportunity to explore how
specific organizational units are managed and "world-class" Guest service
provides magical memories. The eight sessions of the program will meet for two
hours each and include an interactive learning opportunity .
