The Leadership Speaker Series is an eight-week
course that will provide Disney College Program Cast Members with the
opportunity to gain insight and network with Disney Leaders from a variety of
lines of business. This is an opportunity to learn from some of the best - this
kind of training and insight from Disneyland® Leaders is not
available anywhere else!
All sessions will feature Disneyland Leaders
from various lines of business throughout the Disneyland Resort speaking
about their roles and how they managed their careers. Participants will gain
valuable career management pointers and advice as well as listen to stories
about Disney heritage and traditions. Participants have the opportunity to
engage in question and answer sessions, learn about each leader's individual
career path, and spend valuable time gaining insight from top leaders at the
Disneyland Resort.
The series will contain eight sessions of
approximately two hours each, facilitated by one presenter. The first hour is
designed for the leaders to share departmental structure and information,
career highlights, background, and career management information with the Cast
Members. The second hour is a question and answer session, where Cast Members
can ask the leaders questions about their careers and engage in discussion of
career goals.
The Leadership Speaker Series may be
