Library and Computer Resources

At our Disney Learning Centers, participants can enhance their Individualized Learning Plan with computer-based tutorials, quiet study facilities, and career and leadership resources. Participants have access to any of the three centers located strategically throughout the Disneyland® Resort. All locations offer library resources and computer-based training to match participants' learning styles, preferences and interests. For added convenience, many of the resources located in the Disney Learning Centers may be checked out for at-home study, providing Cast Members with the comfort, ability and ease to work at their own pace and set their own schedule.

Library Resources
Disney Learning Centers have a large collection of library resources from industry leaders in the fields of business and hospitality from such authors as Tom Peters, Peter Senge, Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard.

  • Book clubs (Multiple copies of a book are available for an entire team to read and discuss, and a leader discussion guide is included.)

Computer Resources
Multimedia computers in Disney Learning Center locations provide a fully interactive learning environment. There are resources that appeal to computer beginners and proficient users alike.
