Cast Service Centers and the Disney Learning Center

What Education Resources are Available to Cast Members?

In addition to the traditional classroom offerings available to Disney CareerStart Program Cast Members, we have developed several resources to aid participants with their varying educational interests. Participants should take a moment to review the options below and make choices that best meet their learning objectives.

Cast Service Centers and the Disney Learning Centers

At our centers, Cast Members can enhance their personal and academic development with computer-based tutorials, quiet study facilities, and career and leadership resources. Participants have access to any of the centers located strategically throughout the resort. All locations offer library resources and computer-based training to match participants' learning styles, preferences and interests.

Library Resources
These centers have a large collection of library resources from industry leaders in the fields of business and hospitality from such authors as Tom Peters, Peter Senge, Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard.

Computer Resources
Multimedia computers in these centers provide a fully interactive learning environment. There are resources that appeal to computer beginners and proficient users alike.
