Basic Internship
Information
All internships are paid, and some may include
housing and/or relocation assistance. Your school may offer college credit for
your participation. Lengths and start dates of internships may vary depending
on the position and location of the internship.
What is so unique about
the Disney experience?
First of all, your internship will be a
hands-on, focused learning opportunity in which you will work with leaders in
the industry and have a world-renowned, Fortune 100 company to add
to your résumé.
But there is also something very special about
the Disney culture that can make your internship an opportunity you just can't
get anywhere else. In keeping with the vision of Walt Disney himself, we go
above and beyond to provide exceptional service to each and every Guest. It's
all a part of our show - that's why we call our employees "Cast Members," our
uniforms "Costumes," even our Guest areas "On stage."
This level of attention to intricate detail,
as well as the high standards for quality, integrity and showmanship is
synonymous with the Disney name around the world. An internship in this
environment can help you to understand how your field of study plays into the
operation of an internationally admired company, and future employers may step
up and take notice of your real-world experience.
