Disney Professional Internship participants in
Labor Operations are engaged with the operation from behind-the-scenes, gaining
first-hand experience with the working business model of what keeps a
world-class company running. Monitoring Cast deployment, scheduling, and system
analysis are just a few of the tasks these Cast Members might focus on daily.
Positions are generally posted between late
August - October and late January-March.
