There is a limited amount of housing available for students participating in a Disney Professional Internships* at the NorthBridge Apartment Homes on Millennia Lake.

Students are not required to live in the NorthBridge Apartment Homes, and those not living in NorthBridge are responsible for finding alternate accommodations on their own. We suggest that students browse local apartment finder Web sites or use social networking Web sites to find other interns who may also be looking for roommates.

If there are more requests for housing than are apartments, candidates will be randomly selected to receive accommodations at NorthBridge Apartment Homes. These candidates will be selected from all of the candidates who have accepted their offers and indicated that they would like to participate in the housing selection.

Students utilizing the NorthBridge Apartment Homes will incur a weekly payroll deduction for housing of $131.00/week. This rate includes rent, electric, water, waste disposal, and cable tv/internet hook-up. Please note that this does not include local phone service, and if students would like to have a phone line they can arrange it through Northbridge for an additional cost once they have arrived.

Participants living in NorthBridge Apartment Homes will also be required to pay a $100.00 nonrefundable Program Assessment & Activities Fee upon their arrival. The non-refundable Program Assessment & Activities Fee is a fee applied to all students who participate in the Disney Professional Internship Program. The non-refundable fee helps support the events and activities scheduled in the housing complexes throughout the program.

NorthBridge Apartment Homes is a luxurious community offering the comforts of home as well as the necessities for young professionals including: high speed internet, concierge services, bowling alley, personal trainers, full gym, pools, and so much more!

The NorthBridge Apartment Homes are fully furnished for the students' convenience! Each apartment includes: washer/dryer, all utilities (except phone service), high speed internet-access, kitchen appliances and utensils, flatware and dishes, and bedroom and living room/dining room furniture.

Also, students utilizing NorthBridge Apartment Homes have the opportunity to participate in all Disney College Program Housing events including: networking opportunities, pool parties, and talent shows!

Students will need their own transportation to get to and from their work location. NorthBridge Apartment Homes are approximately 15 miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort.
