Service Learning

Service and community are cornerstones of the Disney philosophy, and as a part of the Disney CareerStart Program internship, participants will have the opportunity to work with the Disney VoluntEARS team and their program peers to elect a service project to sponsor. Work on a service project may also be added into participants’ Individualized Learning Plan.
