Program Overview

Set your learning on the right track!

Participants have the opportunity to engage in a variety of learning opportunities that will best suit their needs and interests. Getting involved in educational opportunities will provide participants with the foundation they need to be successful in the program and to establish themselves onto a future path - whether they are college bound or planning their next step in their career.

All participants will be enrolled into the Professional Development Study course that will teach a basic understanding of the lines of business that comprise the Disneyland® Resort. Some of the additional educational offerings participants may choose to add to their program include:

  • The Leadership Speaker’s Series, where Disney Leaders share their career paths and help participants discover their own.
  • Collegiate Courses recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education.
  • Spending time at one of the Disney Learning Centers, where computers, books, videos and computer-led learning activities provide a rich range of learning opportunities.
  • Partnering with their leader to connect classroom learning to the reality of the their work environment.
