Disney Education Center
What Education Resources are Available to Cast Members?
In addition to the traditional classroom offerings available through the Disney Education Course, we have developed several resources to aid participants with their varying educational interests. Participants should take a moment to review the documents below and work on their Individualized Education Plan to customize a curriculum that meets their learning objectives.
Disney Education Centers
At our Disney Education Centers, Cast Members can enhance their personal and academic development with computer-based tutorials, quiet study facilities, and career and leadership resources. Participants have access to any of the three centers located strategically throughout the resort. All locations offer library resources and computer-based training to match participants' learning styles, preferences and interests.
- Library Resources
Disney Education Centers have a large collection of library resources from industry leaders in the fields of business and hospitality from such authors as Tom Peters, Peter Senge, Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard.
