GENERAL INFORMATION
Safety Considerations
We work hard to offer a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please assist us by showing common courtesy to other Disneyland® Resort Guests. Please be respectful of others. Do not use profanity or engage in unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior. Please abide by all safety warnings and notices. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times in Disneyland® park and Disney's California AdventureTM park.
For your safety while on attractions, please keep your hands, arms, and legs inside the vehicle at all times. Young children should be accompanied by an adult.
At parade time, please honor designated viewing areas and crosswalks.
We request that no food or beverages be brought into either Disneyland® park or Disney's California AdventureTM park. A picnic area is located west of the Disneyland® park Main Entrance for your convenience. Also, for the comfort of those around you, we request that there be no flash photography, eating, or drinking in any attractions.

First Aid
These locations offer assistance with medical needs and provide a place to store medications requiring refrigeration.

Disability Parking
Spaces allocated for Guests with disabilities are available in all Disneyland® Resort parking lots. Standard parking rates apply. Transportation is provided between designated loading areas and the Main Entrance. Guests should inquire at the parking lot entrance for parking instructions and transportation options.
Stamina or Endurance Concerns
Some Guests may be concerned that they do not have the stamina to wait in our queues. We strongly suggest these Guests consider using a wheelchair* or electric convenience vehicle, because the distance between our attractions is often greater than the length of our queues.

Restrooms
Disneyland® park: Most restrooms throughout Disneyland® park have facilities designed for access by Guests using wheelchairs.
For Guests requiring the assistance of a companion, please visit First Aid at the north end of Main Street, U.S.A.
Resort Hotels:
Restrooms accessible to Guests using wheelchairs are located in the lobby of each Hotel tower. At the Disneyland® Hotel, facilities are also located in the Convention Center lobby, near Granville�s Steak House.
Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains accessible to Guests using wheelchairs are located throughout the Resort. Cups of water may also be requested at any restaurant or refreshment facility.
Entertainment & Recreation
Most entertainment and recreation areas offer viewing for Guests using wheelchairs. Please refer to Mobility Disabilities for complete information.
Stores
All stores are accessible to Guests using wheelchairs. Please refer to Disneyland Today for a complete listing of store locations.
The following location has special access instructions:
Disneyland® park: The Disney Gallery in New Orleans Square is accessible via an elevator. Please contact a Cast Member in Port d� Orléans for assistance.
Package Express & Shipping
Disneyland® Resort Guests may check their purchases for same-day pick-up at either the Newsstand (Disneyland® park) or at Greetings from California (Disney's California AdventureTM park). Disneyland® Resort Hotel Guests have the added option of requesting package delivery service to Bell Services. Packages will be available the following day after 7 a.m. for next-day pick-up. You may also wish to inquire about shipping purchases directly to your home. Please ask any store Cast Member for details.
Restaurants & Snack Areas
Dining locations and snack areas throughout the Disneyland® Resort, as well as Hotel lounges, are accessible to Guests using wheelchairs. Please refer to Disneyland Today for a complete listing of restaurant and refreshment locations.
At counter-service locations with narrow queues formed by railings, we suggest that a member of the party order and transport the food or contact a Cast Member for assistance.
The following Disneyland® Resort locations have special access instructions.
Disneyland® park:
- Main Street U.S.A.: The Plaza Inn and Plaza Pavilion are accessible via ramps, off the patio, to the left of the entrance.
- Tomorrowland: Tomorrowland Terrace is accessible via ramps on the south side of the restaurant and at the center of the dance floor.
- Frontierland: The Golden Horseshoe Stage is accessible via a boardwalk near Pioneer Mercantile.
- New Orleans Square: At the Blue Bayou Restaurant*, please ask a Cast Member for instructions.
Disneyland® Hotel:

Hook's Pointe is accesible via a lift. Please contact a cast member for assistance.
*Same-day reservations are offered on a limited basis at the Blue Bayou Restaurant from Park opening. Disneyland® Resort Hotel restaurants accept reservations up to two months in advance.
Smoking
For the comfort of all our Guests, smoking is restricted to designated areas. Please refer to Park signage for designated smoking locations or ask a Cast Member for assistance.
Telephones
Telephones within easy reach of Guests using wheelchairs are located throughout the Disneyland® Resort. For Guests with hearing disabilities, please refer to Hearing Disabilities for additional services, including TTY locations. For exact locations, refer also to the Disneyland Today map.
