Compensation
We offer wages competitive within the Southern California market.
Note: rate ranges indicated below do not apply to general maintenance
roles (governed by labor agreement) or to salaried roles.
Benefits
Salary and benefits for salaried roles are negotiated as part of the job offer process.
However, many of the standard benefits offered below are also available to salaried Cast Members.
Standard benefits for hourly roles at the Disneyland Resort may include the following and are subject to change:
For seasonal roles:
- Hourly pay rate starting at $6.00 for most entry-level roles
- Shift premiums
- Complimentary admission tickets to Theme Parks
- Park sign-in privileges, to sign yourself in; excludes some holidays
- Discounts on Disney Theme Park tickets, merchandise, and food and Character dining experiences
- The Disney Discount Directory: an official guide to special discounts and benefits available throughout Southern California

For part-time roles:
- Starting pay rate ranging from $7.21 to $8.38 for most entry-level roles within the Park or at the Hotel properties (tipped classifications start at $6.10). Roles requiring prior experience, like those in the culinary, hotel engineer, nurse, fire, and general maintenance categories, have higher starting pay rates.
