| CareerStart participants will live in gated housing complexes with 24-hour security and Disney Cast Members on site to assist them. Participants don't need to have an automobile, as transportation is available to and from work, as well as to local areas of interest, such as the post office, grocery store and local mall. |

All participants under 21 years old must live in wellness apartments where alcohol is prohibited. To keep our Cast Members safe, they must show ID to enter the housing complex, and overnight guests are not allowed. All apartments are non-smoking, and they are fully furnished. Some amenities include:

Participants also can take part in planned, supervised
activities, such as film screenings and themed parties at
their housing complexes. In addition, there are numerous
opportunities to volunteer in the local community, which
completes the well-rounded experience of the CareerStart
Program.

that some students graduate from high school and are still
unsure of their next move. Perhaps you want to wait a
while before starting college, or maybe college isn't in
your plans at all. With the CareerStart Program, The Walt
Disney Company can offer you an opportunity to continue
learning skills you can use professionally while living in
an environment where you can be independent and poised to
learn more about yourself.
