Yes. We make ongoing career and technical training available to all Cast Members. Many of the higher paying and benefited hourly and salaried opportunities are often filled through internal promotions. Mix in your hard work and dedication, and youll find that career opportunities at Disney are unlimited.
What does it take to play a role at the Disneyland® Resort?
A role is the position that you would fill as a Cast Member at the Disneyland® Resort. To play a role, you need to be someone who loves providing great Guest service. Experience and skills required vary depending upon whether you have an hourly role or salaried role.
Is there a dress code for Cast Members of the Disneyland® Resort?
As a Cast Member, you are part of a show. Therefore you will need to follow appearance guidelines that are designed to complement both you and the show. You may be required to wear a costume issued from our Wardrobe department. Additional guidelines are listed under professional and hourly areas on this site.

For hourly roles: well-groomed, clean clothes with a neat appearance.
For professional roles: standard business/office attire.
