I work as a Software Development Engineer in DIMG's Content Management and Publishing Systems group and am responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, and testing of features for the GoPublish platform.
I was very impressed by the quality of the work that DIMG does for all areas of Disney. But probably the most important factor that attracted me to a career at DIMG is the brand name -- The Walt Disney Company stands for quality, creativity, and innovation.
I have been part of three major releases already at DIMG. I've been especially pleased to work with Disney's
Business Units deploying Go Publish as part of their upgrade process and with troubleshooting. This gave me the kind of direct interaction with clients that Software Engineers rarely experience. I have also helped our team constantly seek opportunities to improve our products.
In my spare time I love biking, running, and snowboarding. I'm also a board member of Washington Telugu Samithi, a nonprofit organization, and take part in Toast Masters International and Management Studies Group. Finally, I'm a gadget freak!
