The Disney CareerStart Program is an all-access pass to opportunity! Our program can help you discover your true potential and map out your next career move. To be eligible, you must have earned a high school diploma or GED within the last 18 months and be at least 18 years old when the program begins. This is the opening act to your future!

The Walt Disney World® Resort hosts a CareerStart Program for high school graduates who are unsure of their future path and are looking for a new experience that will provide them more than just a job. It's better than a front-row seat – because you're the one on stage, and we can prepare you for the performance of a lifetime.

Participants on the CareerStart Program work in front-line roles at the Walt Disney World Resort. They live in a secure, multicultural environment, and they have the opportunity to:
