This was the first feature film built entirely around Goofy. In it, Goofy
takes his son Max on a fishing trip in an effort to bridge the generation gap and spend some quality time bonding
with his son, even though Max would rather be spending time with his girlfriend, Roxanne. Rather than explain to
Roxanne the real reason for his trip, Max employs a little deception that results in all sorts of complications.
Goofy and Max head for Lake Destiny, and along the way encounter Bigfoot and visit the dilapidated Lester's Possum
Park.
Directed by Kevin Lima. 77 min. Released on video in 1995. Starring: the voices of Jason Marsden (Max), Aaron
Lohr (Max singing), Bill Farmer (Goofy), Kellie Martin (Roxanne), Jenna Von Oy (Stacey), Jim Cummings (Pete), Rob
Paulsen (P.J.), Wallace Shawn (Principal Mazur), Joey Lawrence (Chad), Julie Brown (Lisa), and Frank Welker
(Bigfoot).
