By Internet: This sweepstakes may only be entered via the Internet as a registered Guest of disney.com. During the period commencing at 12:01 A.M., August 20, 2001, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., September 28, 2001 ("Term"), log on to: http://promotion.go.com/ms/wdpro/waltdisneyworld/sweeps/dis100yomsweepstakes/entry and login by providing your disney.com Member Name and Password. For purposes of these rules, all times are Pacific Time. If you are not a Member, you may easily register for free as a Guest of disney.com through the link on the site: "Not Registered?", by filling out the simple Registration Form. Upon registration, or if you are already a Member, enter the sweepstakes by clicking the indicated button. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address. To do so, go to: http://register.go.com/disney/GuestServices/YourAccount/login and log into your disney.com Account, click on the "Modify" icon and follow the instructions on how to change your e-mail address.

3. LIMITATIONS:  Entries are limited to one entry per e-mail address per day (regardless of whether one person has more than one e-mail address or more than one person uses the same e-mail address). Open only to persons who are legal residents of, and located within, the 50 states or D. C. ("Territory") who are age 18 or older as of August 20, 2001 and not employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them (individually and collectively, "Entities"), nor members of their immediate families or households. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year." The Entities are not responsible for entries from persons outside the Territory, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, each of which entries will be disqualified. PRIZES:  One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A five (5) day / four (4) night trip for four (4) to the 100 Years of Magic Celebration at the Walt Disney World® Resort ("Resort") near Orlando, Florida; including round-trip coach air transportation between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner's home and Orlando International Airport; airport/hotel transfers; Resort hotel accommodations for four (4) persons (one room) for four (4) nights; four (4) five-day Walt Disney World® Park Hopper® Tickets good for admission to Epcot®, MAGIC KINGDOM® Park, DISNEY'S ANIMAL KINGDOM® Theme Park and the Disney-MGM Studios; two hundred fifty (250) Disney Dollars; and ground transportation throughout the Resort. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval; and must be completed by October 1, 2002. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $4,000, which may vary depending upon point of departure, destination and airfare fluctuations. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or prize items. One Hundred (100) First Prizes: A 100 Years of Magic themed Snow Globe (ARV: $12.00). Total ARV of all prizes: $5,200. Limit one prize per person/family/household. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. All prizes will be awarded.

5. PROCEDURES:  Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M., August 20, 2001, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M., September 28, 2001. On or about October 1, 2001, in a random drawing, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received; and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNERS:  Winners will be notified by e-mail, on or about October 4, 2001. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following: (1) failure of a potential winner to respond to e-mail notification within fourteen (14) days from the date of transmission; (2) the return of potential winner's e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) failure of a potential winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification; (4) the inability of the winner to be available to travel on Sponsor's trip dates; (5) the return of any notification or prize as undeliverable; or (6) any other non-compliance with rules and conditions. All taxes are solely the winner's responsibility. RESERVATIONS:  Each entrant by entering this sweepstakes agrees that: (1) entrant will be bound by these rules and the judge's decisions; (2) the entry becomes the Sponsor's property and will not be returned; (3) none of the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives are responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from sweepstakes participation, the awarding, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize, participation in any prize related activity or from computer downloading any sweepstakes information; (4) the prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose); (5) the acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; (6) in the event this sweepstakes becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise the Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes and in such event, to select winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension; (7) any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited; and (8) sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept any prize for any reason.
