		Chat Safely Reminder - In our continuing effort to keep the Toontown community as friendly and as safe as possible, we have implemented new chat moderation procedures within Toontown Online. The Toon Council would like to remind the Members of Toontown to follow Disney's Online Netiquette guidelines while chatting, always use good judgment -- and have a Toontastic time!
		Cog HQ Elevator Updates - The Toon Council has decreed that Toons should proceed with caution while invading Cog Headquarters. Elevator minimum Laff point requirements have been instituted on certain elevators to ensure the general safety of the Toon population. Click here for details! Also, once a Toon boards a Cog V.P., C.F.O., or C.J. HQ elevator, they can Hop off only once. If a Toon Hops off one of these elevators, they must wait until it leaves or empties of all Toons before boarding again.
