2. ENTRY: There are only two ways to enter this sweepstakes:

(a) By U.S. Mail, hand print your full name, address (city, state or province and zip or mail code), daytime phone number (with area code) and birth date, on a plain 3" x 5" postcard or on the official entry form located in this ad, and mail it inside a postage prepaid envelope, to: The Search for Sagwa Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1760, Sandusky, OH 44870-1760.

(b) By Internet, beginning at 12:01 A.M., August 1, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., October 31, 2001, visit the sweepstakes web site located at www.sagwasweepstakes.com and login by providing your Disney.com Member Name and Password. For purposes of these rules, all times are Eastern Time. You must be a registered member of Disney.com in order to login to the site and enter the sweepstakes. You can become a registered member by providing the requested information on the Registration Form through the link on the site: "Not Registered?" Registration is free and only takes a few minutes to complete. Upon registration, or if you are already a member of Disney.com, login to the sweepstakes, enter your Member Name and Password.. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address. To do so, go to http://register.go.com/disney/GuestServices/YourAccount/login and log into your Disney.com Account, click on the "Modify" icon and follow the instructions on how to change your e-mail address.

3. LIMITATIONS: Entrants under the age of 13 ("Child") may only enter online after becoming a registered guest free of charge by filling out the applicable Registration Form for Disney.com, and providing the e-mail address of their parent/legal guardian ("Parent"). Sponsor will notify Parent when Child has registered with disney.com. Parent will have forty-eight (48) hours to object by e-mail to Child's sweepstakes entry. If Parent sends an e-mail stating objection within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified by Sponsor, Child's entry and information will be deleted. Each on-line entry must be received by 11:59:59 P.M., October 31, 2001, and each mail-in entry must be postmarked by October 31, and received by November 5, 2001. Only one entry per person or e-mail address (regardless of whether one person has more than one e-mail address or more than one person uses the same e-mail address ). Open only to persons younger than 15 upon entering who are legal residents of, and located within, the 50 states, D. C. or Canada (excluding Quebec) ("Territory") and not employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them (individually and collectively, "Entities"), nor members of their immediate families or households. The Entities are not responsible for entries from persons residing outside the Territory, printing errors or inaccurate, forged, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, damaged, tampered with, postage-due, misdirected, non-delivered, delayed or late entries or mail, or entries that are erroneous, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, lost, interrupted, deleted, defective, destroyed, altered, misdirected, delayed, late or misrouted as a result of interrupted or unavailable network connections or Internet transmissions or any computer, phone, hardware, software, human or mechanical malfunction, each of which will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.

4. PRIZES: A four (4) day/ three (3) night trip for four (4) to New York City, NY, to visit Chinatown; including round-trip coach air transportation between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner's home and a New York City area airport; airport/hotel transfers; hotel accommodations for four (4) persons (one room) for three (3) nights; one (1) dinner for four (4) at a New York City Chinese restaurant; Two Hundred Dollars ($200) spending money; a digital camera; and one (1) box full of surprises. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval, and must be completed by December 1, 2002. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $6,000, which may vary depending upon point of departure, destination and airfare fluctuations. Two (2) First Prizes: A digital camera (ARV: $1,000). Total ARV of all prizes: $8,000. Limit one prize per person/family/household. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. All prizes will be awarded.

5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M., August 1, and ends at 11:59:59 P. M., October 31, 2001. On or about November 9, 2001, in a random drawing, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNERS: Will be notified by U.S. Mail or e-mail, on or about November 12, 2001. All responsibilities of a minor will be assumed by Parent. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following:(1) failure of a potential winner to respond to e-mail notification within fourteen (14) days from the date of transmission; (2) the return of potential winner's e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) failure of a potential winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification; (4) if a Child is a potential winner, failure to provide Sponsor with a completed Parental Permission Form within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification; (5) the return of any other notification or any prize as undeliverable; or (6) any other non-compliance with rules and conditions. Grand Prize winner and companions must travel on same itinerary and at the same time, and at least one companion must be winner's Parent. All traveling companions will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. All Canadian residents will be required to answer correctly a mathematical skills test to be eligible to collect their prizes. All taxes are solely the winner's responsibility.
