SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION: From 12:01 A.M., Monday, June 10, through 11:59:59 P.M., Monday, August 26, 2002 ("Term"), all Radio Disney and Radio Disney affiliated stations (individually and collectively, "Radio") will promote, by means of on-air commercial spots, the opportunity to win a Grand Prize as detailed below. All times in these Official Rules ("Rules") are Pacific Daylight Time. New radio stations may be added at any time during this promotion, as they become participating Radio Disney affiliates.

ENTRY: There are only two ways to enter this Sweepstakes:
(A) By Internet: During the Term, registered Disney.com guests may enter the Sweepstakes by going directly to the Sweepstakes entry page at: www.RadioDisney.com, providing their Disney.com Registration Name and Password and clicking on the "IBC Kick in the Memories Sweepstakes" button. Guests who are not registered must first register with Disney.com before they can enter the Sweepstakes. To register for free at Disney.com, guests must complete the Registration Form located in the link "Not Registered?" on the Sweepstakes entry page. After registering as a Disney.com Member, you may enter the Sweepstakes by logging in with your Member Name and Password and clicking the "submit" button. Your parent/legal guardian ("Parent") will be sent an e-mail advising Parent that his/her child has entered the Sweepstakes, asking Parent to verify this entry by clicking on a link in the e-mail, validating child's entry as described in the e-mail and providing the phone number where the child can be reached if he/she is chosen as a potential Winner. If this procedure is not followed, then the child's entry will be deleted. The required information is to be used solely for notification of the potential Winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address. To do so, go to http://register.go.com/disney/GuestServices/YourAccount/login and log into your Disney.com Account, click on the "Modify" icon and follow the instructions on how to change your e-mail address. E-mail addresses must be changed by August 26, 2002.
(B) By U. S. Mail: Entrants that do not have Internet access can participate by sending a postcard to IBC Kick in the Memories Radio Promotion as instructed by a message on the toll free telephone number, 1-800-570-6620.

LIMITATIONS: All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M., August 26, 2002. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 26, and received by September 3, 2002. Only one (1) entry per person or email address every 24-hour Period (12:01 A.M. to 11:59:59 P.M.), regardless of whether one person has more than one e-mail address or more than one person uses the same e-mail address, with a maximum of twenty-nine (29) entries per entrant during the Term. In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Internet entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any e-mail method other than set forth above in Subparagraph 2 (A) are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited. Open only to persons less than 14 years old during the Term who are legal residents, and located within, the 50 states or D.C. ("Territory"). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed service for the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes co-sponsors, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies (individually and collectively, "Entities"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. The Entities are not responsible for entries from persons residing, or located, outside the Territory; inaccurate, forged, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, tampered with, altered, postage-due, misdirected, delayed or late entries; inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Sweepstakes entry information (including the Official Entry Form); lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; each of which entries will be disqualified. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

PRIZES: FIFTY (50) GRAND PRIZES: Grand Prize winners ("Winners") of the IBC Kick in the Memories Sweepstakes will each win a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P30 digital camera., which is a stylish, feature-packed model with 1.3 mega pixels (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $300). Total ARV of all prizes: $15,000. Limit 1 prize per person/e-mail address/family. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted due to prize unavailability for any reason. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.

PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M., Monday, June 10, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M., Monday, August 26, 2002. On or about September 5, 2002, in a random drawing, Marketing Strategies Group, Inc. will select the Winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNERS: The Winners will be notified by e-mail to the Parent's e-mail address, on or about September 6, 2002. The Winners must meet all eligibility requirements. All responsibilities of a Winner will be assumed by Parent. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate Winner will result from any of the following:(1) failure of a potential Winner to respond to e-mail notification within fourteen (14) days from the date of transmission; (2) the return of potential Winner's e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) the return of any other notification or any prize as undeliverable; (4) failure of a potential Winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification; or (5) any other non-compliance with Rules. All taxes are solely the Winners' responsibility. CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering this Sweepstakes agrees that: (1) he or she will abide by and be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which shall be final and non-appealable; (2) the entry becomes solely the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned; (3) none of the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives are responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from Sweepstakes participation; the awarding, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize; participation in any prize related activity; or from computer downloading any Sweepstakes information; (4) the prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose); (5) the acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use Winner's name, address (city, state), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; (6) in the event the online portion of this Sweepstakes becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select Winners by random drawing from among all eligible mail-in entries received and all eligible online entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension; (7) any portion of a prize not accepted by the Winner will be forfeited; (8) Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the Winner to accept any prize for any reason; and (9) since any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any web site, undermine the legitimate administration or operation of this Sweepstakes or to commit other acts of fraud is a violation of Federal and State Criminal and Civil Laws, if such an attempt be made, Sponsor will have the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by Law and to disqualify such entrant from this Sweepstakes.
