2. HOW TO ENTER.
There are two ways to enter Disney's Blast Sweepstakes:
(a) By Internet, enter the "Disney's Blast" web site currently located at http://disneyblast.com and login by providing your username and password. You must be a member of Disney's Blast in order to login to the site and enter the Sweepstakes. You can become a member on Disney's Blast web site by providing the requested information as instructed on the site or calling toll-free 1-800-634-1986. A 10-day free trial membership to Disney's Blast is available. You must cancel your membership before the end of such 10-day period in order to avoid membership fees beyond such free period. You must be 18 years or older, possess a credit card in good standing and be a registered user of Disney.com in order to sign up for a membership. By signing up for Disney's Blast, members agree to accept the terms of the Membership Agreement and the House Rules as outlined on the site. Upon subscribing, or if you are already a member of Disney's Blast, login to Disney's Blast (as described above) and click the indicated button to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by January 31, 2001. Any other form of entry not described herein is void.
(b) By mail, hand-print your first and last name, complete address, date of birth, day and evening phone numbers on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a #10, business size envelope to: Disney's Blast Sweepstakes, P O Box 6249, Burbank, CA 91510-6249. Mail-in entries for each drawing must be postmarked by January 31, 2001 and received no later than February 7, 2001. No copies or mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted. Limit one entry, either online or mail-in, per person per 24-hour period. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, ISP/network/web site accessibility or availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information Online; or for destroyed, delayed, lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible entries or postage due mail. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Entries become the sole property of Disney's Blast and will not be returned. In case of dispute as to identity of winner who enters by the Disney's Blast web site, winning entry will be declared made by the registered member of Disney's Blast account, who must comply with these Official Rules. Prize will be awarded to the registered member.

3. DRAWINGS.
One (1) random drawing will be held by Sponsor on or about February 8, 2001 from all eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

4. PRIZE.
(1) Grand Prize: One trip for a family of four (4) to Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California. The trip will consist of round trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest winner's residence and Anaheim, California; hotel accommodations (one double room) for a minimum of 4 nights/4 days and four (4) days admission to the Park. (Approximate Retail Value [ARV]; $4,000.) Actual value may vary depending on point and date of departure and airfare fluctuations. Travel must be completed within one (1) year after the award of the prize. All travel is further subject to availability. Accommodations and travel restrictions and black out periods may apply. All winners are solely responsible for all meals, ground transportation (except as noted otherwise), gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein. Winners and their guest(s) must travel together. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned; no prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize allowed except by Sponsor at its sole discretion, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. ELIGIBILITY.
Only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of The Walt Disney Company, Buena Vista Internet Group and Disney Enterprises, Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations, and the members of the immediate family or those living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.
Winners will be notified by U.S. mail, overnight mail, phone or e-mail. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, Publicity Release, within 14 days of the date printed on the prize notification. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements (as applicable) or if prize notification/prize is returned as undeliverable, winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. The travel companion(s) (or parent/legal guardian, if minors) must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. Minor's must travel with their parent/legal guardian. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Internet portion of this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the sweepstakes, and in any such event, to select winner by a random drawing from all mail-in entries and valid online entries received up to the time of cancellation, termination or suspension (as appropriate). By entering, participants release The Walt Disney Company, Buena Vista Internet Group and Disney Enterprises, Inc, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages to person (including death and property damages) of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly by participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and/or voice and statements by winner (provided they are true) for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation.
