How do I create a new member account?
If you haven't yet created an account, click on the "Sign In Now!" button in the Sign-in module to the left of the homepage video player.
Simply follow the steps to set up your first member account.
How do I add member accounts?
You can add member accounts for other members of your family by simply clicking the "Add Another member Name" button in the Sign-in module.
After completing the registration for the new member, the account will be displayed in the Sign-in module. You can have up to four member accounts per household. Note: A fifth account is reserved for a premium add-on.
Can I delete an account?
Yes. To permanently delete a member account, sign in to that account and choose "Delete Member Account" from the "Tools" menu. You will need to confirm that you want it permanently deleted.
PLEASE NOTE: Deleted accounts cannot be restored and all saved favorites (activities, games, videos, and collections), virtual coins, and digital prize downloads associated with that account will be lost. Primary accounts linked to a premium add-on product cannot be deleted.
Can I change my Disney character icon after account set-up?
Yes! To change a character icon, sign in to your member account and choose "Change Member Settings" from the "Tools" menu.
How do I change my member settings after registering?
To update your account information, sign in to the member account and choose "Change Member Settings" from the "Tools" menu.
You can update Member Name, e-mail address, and newsletter selections.
What is a parent account?
Parent accounts - also called primary or billing accounts - protect the billing information for the premium add-ons. A Member Name and Password is required to access this information or change member settings.
Appearing above all other accounts in the log-in window, your primary account will be subtitled "Parent Account."
Can I change my Password?
Passwords are occasionally required for the Premium add-ons. You can change your primary account Password by logging in to your account, clicking "Tools," and then "Change Member Settings." You will need to enter your old password prior to creating a new one.
Can I retrieve my password?
If you're a subscriber to a premium add-on, simply click "Forgot Your Password?" in the sign-in window. Enter your member name, and your password will be e-mailed to the address you provided during registration.

What does it mean to link accounts? Can anyone do it?
Subscribers to some of the premium add-ons can link new Disney Connection memberships for quick access to both destinations using the one sign-in.
The linking option is available only when setting up your first Disney Connection member account. Once linked, you'll be able to access your premium add-on from Disney Connection without an additional sign-in!

This button signs you out and enables you to sign in to another account. First click "Tools," then "Change User."
What is the "Change Character" button?
This button allows you to change your Disney character icon. First click "Tools," then "Change Character." Use the left/right arrows to select a new Disney character and click "Done."

What is the Member Service Agreement?
Registration begins with a simple Member Service Agreement that protects our members as well as insuring that they understand the proper usage, responsibility, and limitation of Disney Connection. You must click "I Agree" in order to complete the registration process and are encouraged to read the Agreement before proceeding.
What is my Member Name?
Specifically used to identify each family member's account, this is the unique name you create to log in to your individual Disney Connection account. Your Member Name appears in your personalized log-in as well as on the homepage.
What is a Disney character icon? Where will I see it?
Disney character icons personalize each member's log-in and homepage. When this screen appears during registration, use the left/right arrows to scroll through the available Disney greats and select your favorite. This is the special character that you will now see each time you log in!
Why must I enter my birth date?
Entering your birth date helps Disney Connection tailor the Guest experience based on age. We encourage accuracy so that you and your family can enjoy the best possible entertainment!
Why must I enter my e-mail address?
Providing a valid e-mail address is necessary to retrieve your Member Name and password.
If you can't remember your Member Name or password, simply click "Forgot Your Member Name?" or "Forgot Your Password?" After correctly answering a few questions to validate your account, the information will be e-mailed to the address provided during registration.
You also can opt in to receive e-mail newsletters. If you choose to do so, you will need to provide a valid e-mail address as well.

Newsletter opt-ins allow you to be the first to hear about Disney news, updates, special offers, and more! When the Change Settings window appears during registration, check the boxes next to each Disney newsletter you'd like to receive and you're done.
To cancel newsletters after registration, log in to Disney Connection, click "Tools," then "Change Member Settings." Uncheck the box next to a specific newsletter and click "Done."
What is the "Already a Disney's Blast Subscriber?" button?
When registering, you can link a new Disney Connection membership to your existing Disney's Blast account for quick access to both products using only one log-in.
If you're already a Disney's Blast subscriber, click "Already a Disney's Blast Subscriber?" and follow the prompts to link both accounts.
This option is available only for first-time Disney Connection registrants. Attempting to link a Disney's Blast account after registration will overwrite any pre-existing Disney Connection account.
