How do I create my first Member Account?
To create your first Disney Connection Member Account, click the "Sign In!" button at the bottom of the homepage. If you haven't been required to sign in through your high-speed Internet service provider and it's your first time creating an account, you will need to start by creating your parent account.

If this is not the case, you can create one or more child accounts by starting with the sign-in window that appears.

What is a parent account?

How do I add Member Accounts for additional family members?
Up to four Member Accounts are allowed per household. Simply click the "Add Another Member Name" link in the sign-in window.

When finished, this newly created Member Name will be displayed in the sign-in window along with any others.

NOTE: A fifth slot is reserved for a parent account. Please read above for parent account information.

Can I delete a Member Account?
Yes. Just sign in using the account you want to delete, click "Settings," then "Delete Member Account." Click "Yes" to confirm that you want to delete the account currently in use.

NOTE: Deleted accounts can't be restored and all saved favorites, virtual coins, and digital prizes associated with that account will be lost. Parent accounts can't be deleted as they're used to manage child accounts and software downloads.

Can I change my character icon after creating my Member Account?

The advantage is that you can use one Member Name and Password for multiple Disney Online products. When signing in to one product, you can access the others automatically without an additional sign in and will have shared child accounts for those products that use them.

Are there any risks when linking accounts?
Yes. When linking a password-protected account from another Disney online product, you overwrite any existing Disney Connection accounts.

If a child has been saving coins and collecting prizes in an existing account, that account will be lost and replaced by any child accounts associated with the newly linked account.

What type of accounts can be linked?
To link accounts, you must have a Disney password-protected parent account. Pre-existing accounts for Disney's Blast (now Disney Game Kingdom Online), Playhouse Disney Preschool Time Online, Disney's Toontown Online, and Disney.com are all eligible.

Does Disney Connection provide parental controls?
Parental controls are not provided at this time. Disney Connection is COPPA-compliant and limits a child's access to external web sites by maximizing the browser window, excluding third party advertising, and limiting links outside the site.
