A Star, Enchanted by "Enchanted"
It's about magic. It's about music. It's about what happens when dreams meet the real world.
But, for "Enchanted" star Amy Adams, it was especially about The Dress.
"Enchanted," coming to theaters this fall, introduces a Disney Princess in the classic style of the animated greats -- and then plops her into the live-action whirlwind of modern-day New York City. During shooting, Amy was thrown into a whirl of dancing and singing (sometimes in less than ideal weather conditions) and faced the challenge of playing a fairy tale truly coming to life -- but the greatest challenge was Princess Giselle's lovely, exquisite, royal, and ENORMOUS princess gown.

YOUR QUESTION
I seem to remember a series that was on The Wonderful World of Disney about an English (or Welsh?) minister who was a conservative by day, but by night was a Robin Hood-type character known as "The Scarecrow." Am I remembering correctly, or was this something else entirely? No one seems to have any idea what I am talking about!

DAVE'S ANSWER
This popular series was made in 1964 as "The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh," and later made into a feature film called "Dr. Syn, Alias the Scarecrow" for theaters. Patrick McGoohan starred as the disguised vicar of Dymchurch who fought for justice in 18th-century England.
