ASK DAVE
YOUR QUESTION
Dave, What is the full name of the bank in "Mary Poppins" -- the song is a bit jumbled with the names? Also, was a replica of the St Paul's bird water globe ever created?
- Edye, 38, Lexington, KY
DAVE'S ANSWER
According to the song in "Mary Poppins," the bank is the Dawes, Tomes, Mousley, Grubbs, Fidelity, Fiduciary Bank. Yes, there was a replica of the St. Paul snow globe done for the Disney Catalog -- it was based on photos taken of the original globe in the Archives.
