1. How do I unsubscribe from Disney.com?

Just click on the "Contact Us" bar on the Disney.com home page and select "Other" from the pull-down menu. Send us your Member Name and the e-mail address you used to register, and type "unsubscribe" in the body of the message.

2. How do I cancel my Disney Club Blast subscription?

Simply select "Member Services" from the Disney's Club Blast home page.

3. Oops! I made a mistake filling out the Disney Club Blast subscription info! Now what?

Any mistakes can be easily fixed by going to "Member Services" on the Disney's Club Blast home page.

4. What if I forget my password?

If you've forgotten your Disney.com password, just click on "Register" from the home page, then click on "I forgot my password." To change your password for Disney's Club Blast, simply go to "Member Services" on the Disney's Club Blast home page.

5. How do I update or review my Disney's Club Blast member info?

To update your information, just click on "Member Services" from the Disney's Club Blast home page.

6. Will you post my Disney's Club Blast Member info anywhere online?

We will never post any e-mail address online. You can post your Member Name in Top Scores of the Games area. We may request your name, age and city along with submission for some features. If you win, or your submission is chosen, we may post your first name, the first initial of your last name, your age, city and state. For more info, check out our Privacy Policy.

7. When I subscribed, I said I wanted to be on mailing lists. So what will you send?

You'll receive e-mail messages telling you about new and exciting features at Disney's Club Blast, plus other information you requested.

8. How do I update or review my credit card info for my Disney's Club Blast Membership?

For your protection, no one but you can access credit card info online. You can update your credit card information and view your billing history in "Member Services" on the Club Blast home page.

9. How can I add or remove a Family Member?

Simply select "Member Services" on the Disney's Club Blast home page.

10. How and when will Disney's Club Blast charges appear?

Subscription charges will appear on your credit card after your free trial period under the name www.disneyblast.com. If you are a monthly subscriber, charges will automatically appear on your credit card statement each month. If you are an annual subscriber, you will be charged in full for the year, then on your anniversary date thereafter.

11. What forms of payment does Disney's Club Blast accept?

We accept debit or credit cards from American Express, The Disney Card, Visa, or MasterCard. Disney's Club Blast does not accept checks or ATM cards for payment.

12. Is it safe to give my credit card information over the Internet?

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information by converting it into tiny bits of unrecognizable and unreadable code that are safely and securely transmitted to us over the Internet. When your encrypted information reaches our secure server, we translate it into its original form and store it safely in an offline database where no one can gain access to it.

13. How do I find my account balance?

Simply select "Member Services" from the Disney's Club Blast home page.

14. What do I do if I have questions about my bill?

Simply select "Member Services" from the Disney's Club Blast home page or send us e-mail from the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page.
