D-Mail Policies
- Storage limit: The storage limit for a Club Blast mail account is 5MB (5000KB) or 1000 messages, whichever comes first. As your Club Blast mail account approaches this limit (4.8MB or 950 messages), you will receive D-Mail reminding you to delete old, unwanted messages. Once you have exceeded your Club Blast mailbox capacity, all new incoming mail will be bounced back to the sender. Please be sure to clean out your D-Mail account regularly.
- Attachments: D-Mail attachments can be large, and quickly fill your mail account to capacity. Please be sure to save D-Mail attachments to your computer's hard drive or delete unwanted messages with attachments.
- Size limits for attachments: The size limit for D-Mail attachments is 500KB. This means that you can either send a 500KB attachment, or a few small attachments that add up to 500KB. Attempts to send attachments larger than 500KB will be unsuccessful. In turn, incoming messages sent to D-Mail accounts with attachments larger than 500KB will be bounced back to the sender.
- Junk mail policy: We prohibit mass mailings from D-Mail accounts, or spamming. As a rule, messages sent from D-Mail accounts will be limited to a maximum of 50 recipients per message. For more details on our policies, please see the House Rules. In order to prevent your guests from receiving unwanted D-Mail from a particular source, you can create a "block list" that prevents delivery of messages from specific addresses.
