OFFICIAL RULES
September 18, 2008 - October 1, 2008

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Contest begins at 12:00:01 P.M. (PT), October 17, 2008 and entries must be postmarked by 11:59:59 P.M. (PT) October 30, 2008. All times are Pacific Standard Time (PT).

2. HOW TO ENTER.

ENTRY: There is only one way to enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Online Entry Form will be available on the Web site on from October 17, 2008 - October 30, 2008.

(2) BY INTERNET: by registering as a guest of pixiehollow.com (�Website�), agreeing to the TOU for the Contest, following the entry instructions to submit the �secret phrase� (phrase need not be correct to enter the Sweepstakes) and clicking on the �submit� button, you have entered the Sweepstakes by Internet (�Internet Photo Entry�);

Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail address (�Address�). To do so, go to Website, log in, click on the �Modify� icon and follow the instructions on how to change your Address.

Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (PST) October 30, 2008. All entries received after this date will be disqualified.

Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete or illegible Entry Forms will be disqualified. Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Pixie Hollow of all rights in the entry, all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant, and the unconditional right to use the entrant�s name and statements about the promotion for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Pixie Hollow is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, postage due or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS.
Twenty (20) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 3, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Only one entry per person and only one winner per family/household permitted. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

4. PRIZES
FIRST PRIZE: Twenty (20) winners will receive a �Pixie Prize Pack� with a Tinker Bell CD, a WowWee FlyTech(tm) Tinker Bell, and assorted fairies Health and Beauty products with an approximate retail value of $77.92.

All responsibilities of a minor will be assumed by parent/legal guardian. The failure of a potential Grand Prize winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days from the date of notification, the return of any notification prize as undeliverable, or any other non-compliance with rules and conditions, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes: $379.94

Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes on prizes, as well as any and all expenses relative to participation in the Sweepstakes (including acceptance of prize) not specified herein. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days after selection of winner. No substitution allowed except at discretion of Pixie Hollow. Prize is not transferable. Pixie Hollow reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. ELIGIBILITY.
Contest is governed by U.S. law and is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of Disney Fairies Pixie Hollow, Walt Disney Internet Group, Disney Enterprises, Inc. and their respective parent company, subsidiaries, and related companies and their advertising and promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations, and the members or the immediate family or those living in the same household of such individuals, are ineligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Pixie Hollow reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Pixie Hollow corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes. In such event, winner will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, or suspension, if any.

By entering, participants release Disney Fairies Pixie Hollow, Walt Disney Internet Group, Disney Enterprises, Inc., their respective parent, affiliate, subsidiary, and related companies and their advertising and promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, and/or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance, possession, and/or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.

6. WINNERS' NAMES/OFFICIAL RULES.
The winners� Fairy avatar name will be posted online as described above. For a copy of the Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by November 6, 2008 to: Disney Fairies Pixie Hollow, Tinker Bell Sweepstakes, 500 S. Buena Vista Street, Burbank, California 91521-7691. Residents of VT may omit the return postage.
