Instructions:

Enter Radiator Springs
Log in using your Disney account — you‘ll spawn in the world (about a 30-second load time) at the top of Radiator Springs.

Drive around Radiator Springs
Use the mouse to move (Left-Click and hold to move), or use the W, A, S, D or Arrow keys to move.

Customize Your Car
Look at the GUI Screenshot below, if you click on the "WorkBench" icon (A below), you should notice that the Workbench pops open. Changing anything on your car requires you to zone to see the changes — go in to a race, zone in to the farm, go in to your Garage

Likewise, you can enter your Garage by clicking the Garage button (C on the GUI screenshot, left-most button) and also edit your car. Changing anything on your car requires you to zone to see the changes (the car does not auto update yet)

Teleport to Farm Area
Scroll down to see the Radiator Springs Map below. You can see that at the end of the main road in Radiator Springs, you can teleport to the Farm Area.

Teleport back to Radiator Springs
Scroll down to see the Farm Area Map below. You can see that you can teleport back to Radiator Springs from the upper-right corner of the Farm Map

Race on Carburetor County Speedway
Scroll down to see the Radiator Springs Map below. You can see that if you make a right at Ramone‘s and drive just a little past Flo‘s V8 Café, you will see the hotspot and billboard for Carburetor County Speedway

Driving on to this hotspot should launch the race. You will need to complete 5 laps in order to finish the race and see the results screen. Once you‘ve done that, you will be teleported back to Radiator Springs

Mini-Game
To launch the Ramone‘s Paint Blaster Mini-Game, drive down the main street of Radiator Springs, on your right will be Ramone‘s Paint Shop with a hotspot outside. Driving over this hotspot will activate Ramone‘s Paint Blaster mini-game. Click Play Game to start the game

The only way to quit this game is to lose the game. This is done by just stacking enough paint balls to reach the bottom of the game screen. Once you‘ve lost, you will exit the game automatically and be teleported back to your original spawn location in Radiator Springs

Chat
Area chat works, as well as Whisper. In this build you will be able to see other people‘s chat bubbles, but not your own. You can click on a player to open up a Player Information window (located at the top of the playable game area) and you can click the Whisper To button (A in the image below).

screen shot

When you click the Whisper To button, you will see that the top of your Chat History Window (top of your UI, bottom of the playable window) will turn yellow and indicate to whom your are whispering to. All chat will now be whisper-based to the indicated player. You will need to open your Chat History Window by clicking on the extruded chat history tab (see F in the GUI screenshot below). To cancel the whisper, simply click the X next to the player‘s highlighted name in the Chat History Window.
