If I have a billing or payment question, should I use Live Chat?
- Billing and/or payment questions are handled through Customer Service at 877-78-PIXIE (877-787-4943) between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please note that all times are Pacific Time.
