To enter by mail: hand-print your name, complete address, date of birth, and day and evening phone numbers on a 3” x 5” card and mail in a #10, business-size envelope to Mulan Parade Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1022, Maple Plain, MN 55593-1022. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 4, 1999, and received by March 11, 1999. No copies or mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and U. S. military personnel (and their families) with APO/FPO addresses.
