In the wacky world of television, an ambitious mailroom boy discovers a lovable chimp who has an amazing talent. Unerringly, he picks programs which become hits. The boy secretly uses the chimp to catapult himself into a vice presidency and a lush life. The secret is revealed to jealous rivals, and the boy almost loses both the chimp and his girl friend until he decides to change his ways and win them back.
