There are two ways to enter the Mission: SPACE Sweepstakes: a.) Online Entry: To enter online go to the website at www.TreasurePlanet.com and click on the sweepstakes icon. Guests over the age of 18 must complete the entry form and include their first and last name, date of birth, their email address, and their gender. Then, click on "submit" to enter the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT August 30, 2003. b.) Mail In Entry: To enter by mail, complete and mail an official entry form found in Treasure Planet VHS and DVD packages. Or on a 3" x 5" card/paper, handprint your first and last name, date of birth, complete address with zip code and daytime and evening phone number(s) with area code, and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Mission: SPACE Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 400030, El Paso, TX 88540-0030. Entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2003, and received by September 8, 2003. All forms of entry are limited to one entry per person, per day. Each entry by mail must be mailed separately. No mechanical reproductions of mail entries will be accepted. 3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about September 15, 2003, under the supervision of Gage Marketing, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail, depending on method of entry used. In order to receive a prize, a Canadian prize claimant will be contacted by the judging organization and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance of any kind within a time limit.
