HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter The Incredibles Sweepstakes:

1) Online Entry: Go to the Disney/Pixar web site at www.Incredibles.com and enter the SECRET SITE by placing the secret code in the provided text box. You must be a registered Disney.com user and have chosen to opt-in to the Disney Insider and Walt Disney Home Entertainment to enter the SECRET SITE. If you are not a registered Disney.com user, you must first register before you can enter the SECRET SITE. Registration is free.* Once registered, guests may enter the SECRET SITE by providing their Disney.com Registration Log-in Name and Password, accepting the required opt-ins, and clicking the "submit" button. Once in the SECRET SITE, click the "ENTER SWEEPSTAKES" button to enter the Sweepstakes.

* To register for free at Disney.com, guests must complete the Registration Form based on their age category.

Minor Policy for Online Entry: Minors under the age of thirteen (13) may enter online after becoming a free registered guest by filling out the applicable Registration Form for Disney Online and providing their parent or legal guardian's e-mail address. Sponsor will notify parent or legal guardian via e-mail when their child has registered with Disney Online Parent or legal guardian will have forty-eight (48) hours to object by e-mail to their child's Sweepstakes entry. If a parent or legal guardian objects to their child's sweepstakes entry, they should click on the appropriate link in the e-mail and such child's entry and information will be deleted.

Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT April 15, 2005.

2) Mail-In Entry: To enter by mail, complete an official entry form found in participating Buena Vista Home Entertainment DVDs/videos or handprint on a 3"x5" card/paper your full first and last name, complete address, ZIP/postal code, day and evening phone number(s) including area code, and date of birth. Mail in a business size #10 envelope to The Incredibles Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 72566, Rockford, MN 55572-0566. Entries must be postmarked by April 15, 2005 and received by April 22, 2005.

All forms of entry are limited to one (1) per person, per day. Limit of one mail-in entry per envelope. No mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 1, 2005 from all eligible entries received. Archway Marketing Services, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, will conduct the drawing. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and the judge's decisions. Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail, depending on method of entry. Canadian prize claimant will be contacted by the judging organization and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance of any kind within a time limit to receive a prize.

ELIGIBILITY: Subject to all applicable federal and state/provincial laws and regulations. Employees, directors and officers of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Archway Marketing Services, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or any of their agents, advertising, promotional and other agencies, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days of notification. Grand Prize winner's guests must execute a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in disqualification, and Grand prizewinner may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. In the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. If any prize winner or winner's guest is a minor, a parent/legal guardian must sign the necessary releases on his/her behalf. Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes if it becomes corrupted in any manner such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned and, in such event, to select winners by random drawing from all eligible mail-in entries received and all eligible online entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. By participating, entrant agrees to the official rules and judges' decisions. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of California and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of the County of Los Angeles.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) In U.S. Dollars: Grand Prize, One(1): Grand Prize trip for four (4) to Emmeryville, CA for a personal tour of Pixar Studios, which includes: two (2) night standard room (one room; quad occupancy) accommodations, four Pixar Studios admissions, air travel (coach) to and from Major Airport near Emmeryville, CA from the airport nearest winner's residence, and ground transfers to and from the hotel/Pixar Studios. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
