To
participate, you must have purchased a Disney video or DVD with
the Satisfaction Guarantee seal. If you are not satisfied with the
video or DVD, you may return it within 30 days of its purchase,
and we will refund the purchase price, up to US$23.49. To get your
refund:
1. Package the video or DVD, in its original condition, including
the original packaging, into a suitable mailing envelope or carton.
2. Include the completed (hand-printed) refund request form found
below, or a 3x5 card with your name, address, and telephone number,
along with the original dated cash register receipt with purchase
price and dates circled. Request must be postmarked within 30 days
of cash register receipt date.
3. Mail to: Disney Satisfaction Guarantee, P.O. Box 410321, El Paso,
TX 88541-0321

Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your refund check. The amount
of the refund will be for the purchase price of the video or DVD,
up to US$23.49. Return shipping costs will remain the responsibility
of the consumer. Limit three (3) refunds per household or address
per calendar year. Offer valid from January 1, 2000, to December
31, 2001. Program applies to all videos and DVDs containing the
Satisfaction Guarantee seal (see listing below).
Store cash register receipts must emanate from the same state as
the consumer address. Group submissions are void. Refunds will not
be mailed to P.O. boxes. Check with your local post office for a
street address. Refund rights may not be assigned or transferred.
Requests not in compliance with all the terms of this offer will
not be acknowledged or returned. All submissions are subject to
verification. Walt Disney Home Video reserves the right to review
questionable submissions. Any requests sent to the above P.O. box
for anything other than a legitimate product refund will not be
acknowledged. Offer good in USA and Canada only. Void where prohibited,
restricted, or taxed by law. Inquiries to this offer received later
than 2 months after the expiration will not be acknowledged. Walt
Disney Home Video assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged,
misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail.
