Bill Bluff, the town's leading businessman, formed Bluffco Industries to manage all of his family's businesses -- and several other families' too! Bluffco controls most of the industry in Bluffington, including Funkytown, the Stick 'Em Up Bumper Sticker Company (where Mr. Dink used to work), and the Deja Vu Recycling Center where Theda Funnie does volunteer work.
