If your Submission is videotaped or photographed by anyone other than yourself, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the Submission at any time if Sponsor is unable to secure all rights in the Submission that the person who videotaped or photographed you may have. If you depict in your Submission, e.g., in the background, or on costumes, equipment or props or on a soundtrack: (i) any trademarks or copyrighted material, including but not limited to any music; (ii) the name, voice, likeness or image of anyone but yourself; or (iii) any materials not specifically requested in the Official Contest Rules, such materials will not be considered in the judging of your Submission and Sponsor reserves the right to edit, crop, blur or alter the Submission in any way Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole discretion, prior to display or exhibition of the Submission should such Submission be selected by Sponsor for display or exhibition. Submission of any Contest Materials not requested by the Official Contest Rules may subject your Entry to disqualification.
