Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Saving a large quantity of seats in the theater is not permitted. Please arrive at the theater at least 45 minutes to one hour prior to show time. All general-admission ticket holders must wait in line (including group sales customers). The only exceptions are VIP ticket holders. Saving places in line is not permitted. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Assistive listening devices are available at the theater at no cost and require a driver's license or credit card as security. Guests requiring this service should see the theater manager 30 minutes prior to show time. Groups with members requiring assistive listening devices, please contact the theater at (323) 467-9545.
Seating accessible by wheelchairs is available on the main floor (street level) of the theater. Guests requiring extra assistance may be permitted to enter the theater before the doors are opened. Please see the theater manager 30 minutes prior to show time or call the theater at (323) 467-9545 and alert us to any special needs so the theater can be prepared to serve you.
Restrooms are located on the lower and balcony levels of the theater. Two wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on the main floor (street level).
Tickets will be available for pick-up at the El Capitan Theatre box office. Tickets will be held under the purchaser's name, and this will be the only person authorized to pick up tickets. A photo ID is required. It will be the sole responsibility of the person picking up tickets to distribute them to his or her party. Tickets for late arrivals cannot be held at the box office or at the door.
