Wondering how to pass on the Disney Magic to your family, friends and co-workers? Our group rate program offers you discount tickets to a great movie plus a special event. A special event can either be a LIVE Disney stage show, a Disney Princess Tea, a hands-on attraction experience, or an in theatre exhibit of props, costumes and memorabilia. What is a group? How do I get discount tickets? Discounts apply to any group of 20 or more people coming to the same show on the same day and time. Groups consist of school classes, after school programs, clubs, organizations, girl/boy scout troops, employees and their families, neighbors, and family friends.

How do I pass on the savings? Email, newsletter, poster, and mini-posters provided by Disney. We can custom tailor any group needs to make your event successful! Call our office today for this free service.
Do I have to reserve all my tickets on the same day? The minimum number of tickets per reservation is 20. However, if your group is larger, you can split them up. I.E. If your group needs a total of 60 tickets you can have 23 for Saturday at noon and 37 for Sunday at 5 p.m.
How do I get free buttons? At the El Capitan Theatre we also offer free buttons when you come into our Burbank group sales office to pay for your tickets.
How do I pay for tickets? We accept money orders, company checks, or credit cards. Payment can be mailed to our group sales office or call on the phone. (Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.) Or you can stop buy our office to pay; Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM except for holidays. No cash or personal checks, please. You can also pay over the phone with a credit card.
Should I go on opening day? Yes! The energy and excitement cannot be matched on opening day. Plus, we often offer giveaways to our groups on opening day.
Can I get group rate tickets at the box office? No. Group rates are only available through the group sales office. The good news is if we have availability, you can purchase them over the phone up to the opening of the desired show.
I've never put a group together. Who can walk me through this process? Julie is the Administrator for the group sales program. She can answer any questions you might have. To reach them, dial (818) 845-3110 then press 2 to speak with an operator.
What can I expect after I make a ticket reservation? You will be mailed a confirmation letter stating the number of tickets that have been put on hold. At the top, there will be a "payment due by date". It is our policy to hold group tickets up to 2 weeks prior to a show date. At the time of the due date, please confirm your order by purchasing the number of tickets needed. In case you need more tickets than what was reserved, call any of our operators to check availability. It would be our pleasure to add to your order when space permits.
I don't know what day my group wants to attend. Can I feel out my group to determine what would work best? Of course! Once you get a consensus of what day and time works best, call our group sales line to "set aside"/put tickets on hold until you are ready to confirm your number and purchase your tickets. Remember to put them on hold before they disappear!
