Find a small group of friends who want to help plan the project.

If you don't know each other already, spend time talking about interests, activities, and hobbies.

do we have? How much money do we have? Do we need permission? Where will we
do our project? Do we need transportation?

Decide what needs to be done, who is going to do it, and when it needs to be done.
